This was not actually entered until August 1819. There does not seem to be any record of an inventory.

Michael Traughber has either died or is too sick to provide an accounting for Michael Traughber the younger. The guardianship will be assumed by William Traughber and the next accounting will be filed by him in 1829.

Michael Traughber, his grandfather, had been guardian of Michael Traughber and had last filed an accounting back on 13 February 1826. William Traughber, his uncle, is finally filing an accounting for the last three years.

Jonathan Traughber has turned 21.

14 Sep 1830    Deed: Elizabeth Trober to Jonathan Trober, for the natural love and affection I have for my son Jonathan Trober… all that was layed off to me out of the estate of John Trober deceased…11 acres including the dwelling house where I now live… reserving the smallest room below stairs to live in as long as I live…   Recorded 16 May 1830. This is evidently the former Elizabeth Toffelmire, who had married John Trobough in Rockingham County, Virginia in 1806. Jonathan Traughber bought his sibling’s interests in the dower land as well.

14 Sep 1830    Deed: Henry Trober and Jacob Cook Jr. and his wife Polly Cook, being the legal representatives of John Traughber dec., to Jonathan Trober, $46, all the interest we have in a small tract of land belonging to John Traughber’s estate [the dower land, apparently].
